The Book About How the Second Daughter Found MineCraft

So since I'm the one who pretty much brought this game into the family, I shall give my stories from the beginning.
I was first introduced to Minecraft by a friend at school. We were sharing games one day and he showed it to me. All I could think at the time was "I just got finished telling you my favorite games are Portal and Civ and Fable. Why would you think this 8-bit graphic game, where all you do is collect and build (like some Facebook game,) possibly garner my interest or attention?"
..Uh, because we just built a freaking castle. Oh, and the Stone Henge. And we're planning on building an observatory, The Pyramids, The Library of Alexandria, The Great Lighthouse, a pirate cove, a sky bridge, an underwater hallway and observation room, and the list goes on and on.
So I got a little addicted. So what? Don't judge.
Anyway, talked with my dad about it. He said he'd pretty much had the same thought. But I got him to play it a little bit more. Cut to 5 hours later and we're both still playing.
On the original server, we'd already built a fair amount, but in order to obtain a more stable gaming experience ended up switching servers which forced us to start from scratch. Psh. We had three neat little lake houses in no time, (after the sister joined in). We had said we'd start the blog at the beginning of the new server, but, uh, pretty much got too wrapped up in scouting for the castle to do so.
But, there will be pictures coming soon. Documentation of sorts, and definitely some stories.
Mine on!
